Storytelling is of utmost significance as it introduces a child to sounds, words and languages and develops early literacy skills.

At Kids Castle Preschool we incorporate story time in our main curriculum from our playgroup onwards. From lower kindergarten (LKG) onwards we encourage role plays and enactment of stories which aids the development of communication skills.

Magical stories spark a child’s imagination as well as shape thoughtful readers and develop expressive tellers.

At Kids Castle we conduct the story telling through:

• Books.
• Puppet Theater with Props and Puppets.
• Interactive White Board (audio visual method).
• Role Play or Enactment.

Furthermore, we have a specialized Library Corner that encourages storytelling and reading amongst children.
